Reponsibilites
⚫ Manage HR activities across multiple locations within the region. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned
with company objectives Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee relations. Address employee concerns, manage conflict resolution,
and foster a positive work environment.
Design and deliver training programs for new and
existing employees.
Maintain HR databases, track employee information
and generate reporents to ensure HR strategies are Partner with aligned with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with senior HR leaders to develop and execute HD R strategies
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution
⚫ disciplinary actions, and performance management
Execute employee retention strategies. Enhance employer branding.
