| Job Responsibility | Establish and enforce quality control procedures, standards, and inspection processes to monitor and maintain product and service quality. Conduct audits and assessments to identify non-conformities and areas for improvement. Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans to address quality issues. Lead a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training as necessary. Foster a culture of quality excellence within the organization. Sound knowledge for IATF 16949:2016 Handle in process audit, product audit, IATF 16949:2016 audits, customer audits & analysis function with timely closure of issues. Strong understanding of IATF, ISO 9001, 5 Core tools & Problem solving tools. Strong ability to train all staff & implement the system of SPC, FMEA, MSA, QA tools, QMS & IMS in the organization, Able to read and interpret ASTM,ISO and customer specifications, standards & compliancy documents. ISIR/PPAP/4M change Project management evaluation/compilation in line with target dates. Hands of experience for various instrument l,e CMM, Roughness tester, hardness tester, Contour Profile measurement, roundness profile measurement and Sound knowledge of calibration and ability and also GD&T. Coordination and performance of internal System, Process, Product & Layout audits, Able to conduct LPA and department survey audits. |
