Job Responsibility |
1. Lead the recruitment, onboarding, induction areas for executives and operators at plant 2. Look after statutory compliances and contract labour management 3. Lead the L&D as well as capability building agenda at plant in coordination with central ERIR team 4. Run employee engagement activities throught the year basis calendar plan and drive R&R agenda 5. Facilitate business agenda/meetings like goal setting and reviews, PFMS, run wellness agenda 6. Ensure all employee lifecycle changes are taking place as per SLA and execute key HR projects for functions/entire organisation. 7. Strengthen the grievance redressal process and resolve employee grievances with respect to welfare |
