Optimize inventory turnover and reduce shrinkage. Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed. Schedule shifts and delegate tasks to ensure coverage and productivity. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Maintain record of minimum and maximum. Preferred Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SAP for inventory and operations management. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong knowledge of inventory control techniques and stock optimization. |
