| Job Responsibility | Manage end-to-end merchandising operations for hardgoods exports, including product development, sampling, costing, and order execution. • Act as the primary point of contact between international buyers and the production team. • Understand buyer requirements, product specifications, and quality standards, ensuring timely execution and delivery of orders. Coordinate with design and sampling teams for product development and innovation. Handle order costing, price negotiations, and confirmation in collaboration with internal costing and finance teams. • Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and production schedules. Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to track production progress. Liaise with QA/QC teams to ensure product quality meets buyer expectations and international compliance standards. • Coordinate documentation and shipping processes with the logistics and export departments. Maintain buyer-wise MIS reports and performance tracking. Analyze trends and buyer feedback to suggest product improvements and new developments. Travel to buyer meetings, and vendor sites as required. |
