Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and helpful attitude Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and professional appearance Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and front-desk supplies Handle administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and courier handling Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company Requirements: Prior experience in a similar role is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Well-presented, punctual, and detail-oriented Fluent in English language (Arabic language is a plus) |
